Homestay Details

Located at Jalan Sepakat, Ixora 1 is just 3.9 km or 9 minutes car ride from Sultan Azlan Shah Airport. This homestay is very popular with small family or friends who like to enjoy around Ipoh by riding their car or van. The space outside can be use for outdoor activity such as barbecue, futsal or birthday party. Total build-up area of Ixora 1 is XX sq ft.

Inside of this homestay consist of living area, kitchen, dining area and three bedrooms (one bedrooms with a private bathroom and two bedrooms with one shared bathroom).

Maid services can be arranged. On extended days, maid services can be provided weekly. Laundry services can be arranged at a reasonable price.

Travel arrangements within Ipoh can be provided pending availability. Should you wish to entertain guests, have friends over for tea, lunch, dinner or simply have a family feast, we would be more delighted to help organize some delicious catered food, packed lunches (popular with our school-trip and short courses groups) or even a barbecue if you desire!
