Homestay Details

Ixora Impiana having major renovation in year 2016. Located at Jalan Kemajuan, it has huge space outside and can accommodate up to three (3) large canopy which are commonly used for ceremonies or feasts. It also has space at the back of this house which can be used for barbecue, mass food-cooking area or even extending your space for any outdoor activities. Total build-up area of Ixora Impiana is XX sq ft.

Inside of this homestay contain large living area, kitchen, dining area (with toilet) and seven bedrooms (two bedrooms with private bathroom, two bedrooms connected with one bathroom and three bedrooms with two shared bathroom).

Maid services can be arranged. On extended days, maid services can be provided weekly. Laundry services can be arranged at a reasonable price.

Travel arrangements within Ipoh can be provided pending availability. Should you wish to entertain guests, have friends over for tea, lunch, dinner or simply have a family feast, we would be more delighted to help organize some delicious catered food, packed lunches (popular with our school-trip and short courses groups) or even a barbecue if you desire!

Please be informed that a security deposit of RM50 will be collected upon the guest’s arrival. This deposit serves as a precaution for any potential damages or loss of items during the stay.

The full deposit will be refunded after checkout, once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition, and all house keys have been returned.
